In relation to the statement published this Friday (12/18) by Petrobras, we inform that R.P. Biofuels, belonging to the ECB Group, is in the final stage of the process of acquiring the shares of 50% of the company BSBIOS. The Group will pronounce itself only after the deal is finalized.
